1. Do you want (need) to have Chat Room possibility?

Many people know the popular Chat systems: Yahoo, AOL, MSN, ICQ, Lycos chat & chat rooms network. What is a chat room!

When I am trying to look in Internet here is the best for me as definition:
Chat room is "An area of an on-line service where people can communicate to each other from their computers". www.horizonmedia.com/glossary/c.htm

I am Doncho Pachikov, Bulgaria. My idea to open a place and to create Google Talk Member List is on the base of my short time experience with Google talk client. It is no problem my PC is an old one – 700 MHz processor and only 512 RAM, OS Win 2003.

My connection is form 256 to 512 Kbps band speed. With Google Talk I can communicate very easy with all my pen friends from all over the World, to exchange ideas and to help them with optimal, by my point of view, solutions.

How Google Talk can help you in the area of foreign languages?

China language is as example. Do you know China language? I know Bulgarian, Russian and English, I can talk and I can understand text messages and I can type my questions and my answers. However, it is very strong question when I need to look at web pages written in China language.

In China, I have a friend of main – Jack. He is a student in one of China universities. For him China language is no problem. I met him in Google Talk and for him and for me, too in was very impressive. I never been in China, he – never been in Bulgaria, seems in Europe, too. Thanks Google Talk we can chat and exchange sentences, http addresses, info. More then I can hear his voice; he can hear me, too. A men from China, 8 hours time differences, from Asia and I, Doncho Pachikov, Bulgaria, Europe, we together can communicate with very good voice quality for absolutely no cost! With out any additional VoIP hardware, VoIP bills etc. Can you point me some think better? I cannot.

It was first moment when in my mind the idea to open Google Talk member list by countries and by languages came.
